Your dominant hues are green and blue. You're smart and you know it, and want to use your power to help people and relate to others. Even though you tend to battle with yourself, you solve other people's conflicts well.

Your saturation level is low - You stay out of stressful situations and advise others to do the same. You may not be the go-to person when something really needs done, but you know never to blow things out of proportion.

Your outlook on life is bright. You see good things in situations where others may not be able to, and it frustrates you to see them get down on everything.

Thunder n Lightning!!
06.21.04 (9:35 pm)   [edit]
The sky is once again filled with a beautiful light show! Yesterday afternoon we had a hugh storm pass by, which seemed to stay for about 30 minutes, leave for 15 and then return with more anger. The lightning was enourmous! We were with out power here for 3 hours. It was cooler outdoors for a short time then it was in.
Mark cooked us up steaks n shrooms on the barbie....mmmm they were good.
This afternoon again the lightning was enourmous and we had to shut down the indoor pool at work. I suppose it lasted for the better part of an hour as well.
This evening once Mark got home we watched Harry Potter and the Sorceriers Stone. I get so 'into' the movie I feel like I am 'there' if you know what I mean.
This is a short n sweet blog this evening, tomorrow I will do better as soon as I get home.

My sister Blou is running for Featured Blog. I ask that all my visitors please go and pay her site a visit, and then venture into Featured Blogs and vote for her.

Thought for the day:Now this is fitting, seeing as I just got a call from Security...seems someone who does NOT have a reservation wants to get a Condo for the night...we are NOT a hotel....and I am not getting dressed because some idiot called to check availability eariler in the day and did not commit! Their outa luck! Best Western (and what a dump it is) is down the road!

Tampa Bay is truly the lightning capital of the world and we are not that far from there in global terms. If you have not experienced a thunderstorm right off the Gulf of Mexico there is nothing like it. The cloud bottom is often no more than 250-300 meters off of the ground and as such they produce some tremendous lightning bolts with thunder that almost knocks you down. Often the flash to bang time around us is well under half a second.

Not sure I'd enjoy living there with all those storms, thunder and hurricane type wind conditions... and here I was thinking it was only ever sunny out there.... shows how much I know.. or dont know as the case maybe! :)

I have to say that I have never experienced such a low ceiling during a storm as I did when visiting Magoo and Greybeard. We get some good storms here but I tell ya ... it scared the crap outta me and I found myself holding Magoo's hand when running to the car .... the lightning was too close for comfort!

Yes my only thing with living in Florida would be the storms. Wait, that makes no sense...I am going to be living in Illinois soon with John and there's tornados! Ok...I am silly. Like your quote for the day and yay glad to see another wonderful person campaigning for Blou!!

Well if you do go ... stay clear of Greybeard during lightning ... he is the human lightning rod! I believe he has been struck by the great light twice!
